13-14… ONLY Navel, Nostril, Septum, Eyebrow, All Ear Piercings EXCEPT INDUSTRIAL

12… 1st and 2nd Earlobe, Basic Helix, Navel and Nostril ONLY

7-11… 1st and 2nd earlobe holes ONLY

5-6 …1st earlobe holes ONLY

EVERYONE MUST HAVE PROPER IDENTIFICATION! Children 17 and under MUST come with proper identification (Birth Certificate, state issued ID or Passport) AND a legal parent or guardian with MATCHING LAST NAMES at the time of piercings. If you do not have matching last names, please bring in sufficient court documents showing custody/guardianship/proof of name change. No client under the age of 18 shall receive nipple or genital piercings, even with parental consent.
